  • Attempt to bypass inspection scheduling
  • Attempt to override platform protections
  • Perform unauthorized access attempts

3.3 Communication Abuse

Users must not:

  • Spam dealers, inspectors, or vendors
  • Use profanity or harassment
  • Send threats or intimidation
  • Attempt to negotiate off-platform using deceptive means

Cars4Sure may monitor communication to ensure safe use.

3.4 Disruption of Inspections or Services

Users must not:

  • Obstruct inspectors
  • Hide known vehicle issues
  • Interfere with vendor work
  • Mislead inspectors about vehicle location or condition
  • Pressure vendors for fake quotes

4. Buyer Conduct Standards

Buyers must:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Be honest in requests
  • Review inspections before purchase
  • Not pressure inspectors or dealers
  • Show up for scheduled appointments
  • Not use Cars4Sure to harass, waste time, or collect data improperly

5. Dealer Conduct Standards

Dealers must:

  • Communicate clearly
  • Avoid aggressive sales tactics
  • Not hide defects
  • Respect inspector access
  • Follow marketplace rules
  • Keep listings honest and updated

Dealers are responsible for the behavior of their employees.

6. Inspector Conduct Standards

Inspectors must:

  • Act professionally
  • Avoid conflict of interest
  • Follow inspection workflow
  • Not accept incentives from dealers
  • Report conditions honestly
  • Maintain neutral behavior

7. Vendor Conduct Standards

Vendors must:

  • Operate lawfully
  • Provide accurate quotes
  • Avoid misleading claims
  • Respect user privacy
  • Complete work professionally
  • Communicate delays or changes

8. Protecting User Safety

Cars4Sure may step in when:

  • Users are threatened
  • Users face harassment
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Scams appear
  • Inspectors or dealers report unsafe behavior
  • The trust of the platform is at risk

Cars4Sure may cooperate with law enforcement if needed.

9. Reporting Violations

Users may report unsafe or inappropriate behavior by contacting:

Cars4Sure may investigate and take action at its discretion.

10. Enforcement Actions

Cars4Sure may take any of the following actions:

  • Temporary restrictions

  • Removal of listings
  • Removal of access to vendor or inspector tools
  • Legal action (in severe cases)

Cars4Sure may enforce actions without notice if the behavior is harmful, illegal, or unsafe.

11. No Tolerance Areas

These actions may result in instant termination:

  • Harassment or threats
  • Discrimination
  • Fraud
  • Tampering with vehicles
  • Manipulation of inspectors
  • Attempts to bypass fees
  • Platform hacking or scraping
  • Impersonation
  • Sale of stolen vehicles

12. Survival

This Policy applies even after:

  • Account deletion
  • Listing removal
  • Inspection completion
  • Vendor service completion
  • User leaving the platform

13. Acceptance

By using Cars4Sure, users confirm they understand and agree to this Policy.

If a user disagrees, they must stop using the platform.
