For Buyers
Use our search page to filter by make, model, year, price, mileage, location, and more. You can save your searches and get notified when new matching listings appear.
Yes. Every dealer on our platform has been vetted, and every car has an inspection report. We don't allow individual sellers or unverified dealers — this ensures consistent quality.
Click the "Contact Dealer" button on any listing to send a message directly to the dealer. You can also see their phone number and location. We don't sell your information to other dealers — you only hear from the one you contacted.
Yes! Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your favorites. You can save cars as a guest (stored locally) or create an account to sync your favorites across devices and get price drop alerts.
Our inspection reports cover mechanical condition, tire wear, brake condition, cosmetic issues, interior condition, and more. Each report is conducted by a certified inspector before the car is listed.
Very accurate. We have strict policies against bait-and-switch pricing. The price you see is the actual asking price. Some fees (like documentation fees) may apply at purchase, but these are disclosed upfront.
For Dealers
Apply through our dealer portal at dealer.cars4sure.com. We'll verify your business credentials, licenses, and review your reputation. The process typically takes 2-3 business days.
We offer competitive pricing based on your inventory size. Contact us through the dealer portal for a customized quote. Unlike other platforms, we don't charge per-lead — you pay for listings, not inquiries.
You need a valid dealer license, business registration, and a physical location. We also review your online reputation and may request references. We're selective because quality matters to our buyers.
Use our dealer dashboard to add, edit, and remove listings. You can upload photos, set prices, and track inquiries all in one place. We also offer inventory sync with popular DMS systems.
We provide dedicated support for verified dealers, including help with listings, technical issues, and best practices for attracting buyers. Email dealer-support@cars4sure.com or use the help center in your dashboard.
Trust & Verification
We check business licenses, state registrations, and physical locations. We also review online reputation (Google, BBB, etc.) and may conduct phone or in-person interviews. Dealers who don't meet our standards aren't allowed on the platform.
Our network of certified inspectors examines each vehicle. They follow a standardized checklist covering mechanical, cosmetic, and safety items. Inspection reports are attached to every listing.
Contact us immediately at support@cars4sure.com. We take complaints seriously and will investigate. Dealers who violate our policies can be warned, suspended, or permanently removed from the platform.
No. Listings are sorted by relevance to your search, not by how much the dealer pays. We believe in a fair marketplace where quality and pricing determine visibility, not ad spend.
Account & Privacy
No. You can browse all listings without an account. However, creating a free account lets you save favorites, set up search alerts, and sync your activity across devices.
Go to Account Settings and click "Delete Account." This will remove your profile, saved searches, and favorites. You can also email support@cars4sure.com and we'll handle it for you.
We collect what's necessary to provide our service: account info, search history, saved listings, and messages. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Log in and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email, password, and notification preferences.
